    "content": "It is high time we established a database for all job seekers. The Government has to facilitate the process of disseminating this information to all the people who require it. Therefore, a job seeker will just present himself or herself in that particular place for an interview and that is all. We should not start asking for money from a job seeker even before they start earning it. At the end of the day, they will borrow that money or go to their leaders. You will find that somebody will despair and stop bothering about that job. I support the Motion."
