    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support this Motion. Kenya has the highest unemployment rate in East Africa. Currently, it stands at 22 per cent compared to Uganda which is at 4 per cent and Tanzania at 5 per cent. If you look at the population growth rate, again it is lower in Kenya. It is higher in Tanzania and Uganda. So, this clearly means that we have a constant size of population that is not getting employment opportunities.
