    "content": "The other aspect is the database for youth employment. They leave colleges and universities, but we do not have real time data to know who is employed and who is out there still looking for employment. The database is very critical and it will enable us, as leaders, to hold the Government to account by finding out who has been employed and from which county or constituency. This also goes down well with the fact that we need to have a balance in employment all over the country."
