    "content": "We are asking them to travel all the way from their villages to Nairobi to come and get certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Certificate of good conduct and Credit Reference Bureau (CRB). This is indeed unnecessary. As stated by majority of Members who contributed to this Motion, we must consider making it easy for our youths to get employment. We therefore must remove all the bureaucratic measures that only make our youths hopeless. I will follow up with the Ministry of Public Service, Youths and Gender Affairs to ensure that these payments are waived for the job seeking youths in this country and also to establish a database for all persons seeking employment. I humbly request Members of this House to approve this Motion that will go a long way in ensuring that our youths get employment without being stressed by the same Government. I beg to reply."
