    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, maybe you are mistaken. I want to contribute to this because I have many cancer patients in my constituency. I want the mover of this Motion to alternate the words ‘urges the Government’ with ‘this House resolves’. We have many cancer cases, rather than urging the Government to assist, the mover should amend it to state this House resolves that the Government declares cancer a national disaster and establishes a fund."
