    "content": "We are in very critical times because cancer is one of the major killers. My constituents face financial difficulties and cannot access treatment. I have gone to the extent of lending them money because most of them are referred to India for treatment. The Government should set aside funds for this monster. Secondly, the Ministry of Health should create a civic education policy to create cancer awareness among Kenyans. For example, they should use interns, from universities and colleges and during their holidays they can go round the country educating Kenyans about cancer. Early detection is very important and cancer is a disaster which we need to do something about it."
