    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I want to add my voice on the issue of cancer. I am so passionate about this Motion because last weekend I buried two people who succumbed to cancer. While doing so, we had four bodies lying at the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH), Eldoret. This Motion has come at the right time. Cancer is an expensive disease to manage. There is no known cure for cancer. Every now and then, cancer patients are taken to hospital where radiation is done."
