    "content": "On Tuesday next week, the Roads Bill, 2017 will be considered in the Committee of the whole House, if we will not conclude it today. On that matter, Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ has a number of amendments. We have agreed with the Chair that he will appear before the Committee on Monday, so that they can harmonise all those amendments together. We will schedule the Bill on Tuesday at the Committee of the whole House. If time allows us on Tuesday, we will also consider the Energy Bill, 2017 at the Committee of the whole House."
