    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for the opportunity to contribute to this very important Bill. We have just passed the Energy Bill in the Second Reading. That Bill proposes to consolidate all energy resources into one Bill, namely, geothermal, downstream petroleum, electrical energy, renewable energy and all that. I am concerned because it would have been proper if this Bill was consolidated within the Energy Bill for the simple reason that globally, the practice is to consolidate all aspects of a particular resource into one Bill for easy regulation.
