    "content": "During public participation in Turkana, we came across some challenges. It is true that they are quite behind. We want them to understand that this country took care of Turkana for the last 50 years. Now that oil has been discovered there, it is also their turn to take care of the rest of the country, comprising of almost 60 million Kenyans. They will depend on the proceeds from the oil."
