"content": "Order, Members. Hon. Members, it is only fair that you, sometimes, stay for just slightly longer. You sometimes conclude debate on various Bills and Motions in one week or one day. Then the next day, one of the businesses to be transacted will be putting the Question. We cannot put the Question against the provisions of Article 121 of the Constitution, if we do not have at least 50 of you. There are some Members who have a problem sitting in the Chamber even for 30 minutes. This is just an appeal. You cannot just come, sign in there, sit, take a bottle of water like I have seen a number of you do and the next thing is you are trotting out. Did you come here just to take water? Hon.
