Speaker, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 48, I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on the Vetting of the nominee for appointment as a Member of the Judicial Service Commission (JSC), laid on the Table of the House on Thursday, 12th April 2018, and in furtherance to the provisions of Article 171(2)(c) as read together with Article 250(2)(b) of the Constitution.
