    "content": "THAT, the Motion for adoption of the report of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs on the vetting of the nominee for appointment as a member of the JSC be amended by inserting the following words at the end thereof— Subject to the deletion of Recommendation No. (iii) on page 19 of the Report. The recommendation I am seeking to be deleted reads as follows: “That, the matter for vetting of Justice Mohamed Abdullahi Warsame be deemed to be sub judice pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order 89 pending the outcome of the court case.”"
