    "content": "We are expected to approve these two recommendations this afternoon. The Report has two recommendations. The first one is in light of the conservatory orders. The High Court prohibits the National Assembly from vetting Justice Warsame for appointment as a member of the Judicial Service Commission. The Committee is not in a position to vet him and submit a report. Generally, the Committee is telling us to approve that they were unable to vet Justice Warsame. I do not have a problem with that. This is something we can support. I said very clearly that it will be very difficult for us to go into the details and substance of whether we should vet Justice Warsame or not."
