    "content": "Many have argued about Articles 171, 248 and 250 of the Constitution. There are people who believe that Article 250 of the Constitution does apply to the JSC. If you allow me, let me refer to the Article quickly. There is a requirement that has been read out here in Article 250(2). It says- “The chairperson and each member of a commission, and the holder of an independent office, shall be – (a) identified and recommended for appointment in a manner prescribed by national legislation;"
