    "content": "I also would like Members to look at Article 248 of the Constitution which lists all the commissions including the JSC and compare it with Article 250 which we have made reference to. Article 250(2)(b) talks about approval by the National Assembly and therefore we have no choice because the JSC falls under Article 248.
