    "content": "amendments which are likely to be brought during the Third Reading by the Committee, based on the views given by the various stakeholders who appeared before us. I think it is already a foregone conclusion that this Bill is basically recognising the need to have the county governments participate in this new procurement method in our country. The PPP method of procuring is expanding development funding for our country. This is already in place in the national Government and now county governments will be brought on board. I want to explain a bit, that PPP is about raising private funds for projects which are beneficial to the people of Kenya. Counties are particularly going to make use of this new method to implement important projects in their regions."
