    "content": "It is very important for us, as Members of Parliament, to support this Bill. I met private donors who wanted to partner with my constituency at one time. However, we do not have a law that allows us to work with them and get what they have. This is a very good Bill. It will help the counties to work properly. Just like what other Members have said, public participation is very important. According to what we see in county governments, public participation is not conducted in the right way. They present something to the people. If there are any corrections to be made, they amend them if they want. If they do not want to amend, they take it back and go to a different location. So, the people will approve what they had initially. Public participation is very important. It will allow the common man to get what he wants. This is a very good Bill. It will help to develop our areas. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker."
