    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute. I stand to support the Public Private Partnerships (Amendment) Bill. I do so because this Bill recognises that devolution is a continuous process. There are many laws that we need to look at, so that the devolution process can continue. Various counties can work in harmony with the national Government.
