I also take a minute to pass my condolences, those of my family and those of my constituents of Likuyani, to the family and friends of the late Matiba. I have always said and I was telling some people over the weekend just after we got the news that I can think of three people who would have made great presidents in this country. One of them would have been Tom Mboya, the second one would have been J.M. Kariuki and the third one is Hon. Matiba. He was an icon. Everybody has said he was a hero and the country has lost a great son. May his soul rest in eternal peace."
