    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to give my condolences to one of our greatest heroes in this country, Hon. Kenneth Njindo Matiba. I came into contact with him in the early years. He had just finished Makerere University and I was doing my medicine course. When we came on a vacation actually on an inaugural flight, he was seated in Gill House in charge of higher education.
