    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, while I thank the Assistant Minister for the answer, he has said that 75 districts benefited from an allocation of about Kshs2.28 billion under the Economic Stimulus Programme (ESP) at a cost of Kshs30 million each. The other allocation is the one of Kshs400 million which was allocated to 30 districts. What he has failed to do, as I requested in my Question, is to indicate out of the 213 new districts created in the last five years, the amount of money allocated to each district for the construction of the district headquarters. Could he, further clarify the 75 districts that benefitted from the Kshs2.28 billion and the 30 districts that benefitted from the Kshs400 million?"
