    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity to be part of the colleague Senators who have passed their deepest condolences to the Matiba family due to the passing on of the great icon of democracy. He also had serious entrepreneurial skills at the time when many people believed that one had to steal to be wealthy. As we celebrate his life, we need to note that he has done a lot to ensure that the country has opened up for democracy and that there are more opportunities in tonnes.
