What plans does the Government have to ensure that there are funds for divisions and locations to make them functional? Manga District which is in Kitutu Masaba Constituency which I represent is functional but the division and the locations are not, simply because of non-funding. What plans does the Government have to ensure that there is enough funding to ensure that those administrative units are operational?"
