This amendment, which I support, seeks to ensure that the functions of KeNHA in terms of constructing, upgrading, rehabilitating and maintaining of roads under their jurisdiction also get an extra function that they can do under PPP. The second amendment for the Members to follow is that they now have extra jurisdiction on roads of class SA and SB. So that we do not waste much time the Chair should explain.
