"content": "That amendment goes to (d) as well and it just adds after the word “Act” the words, “and any other regulations under this Act.” I was wondering. If it is a regulation, why would the regulation be necessary to be put because it is assumed this will be the rest of the Act? Then it will work under that. Why do we need to specify and say “and any other regulations?”"
