(a) Miss Bornes Chepkemoi Koech (PF No. 36655), who was retrenched from Telkom Kenya on 31st January, 2007, was paid her gross retrenchment package of Kshs1,011,574.75 on 16th March, 2007, while another amount of Kshs273,886 was paid to her as Provident Fund dues from Teleposta Pension Scheme on 9th October, 2007. (b) The Government does not need to take any action since the retrenchee was paid all her dues."
