    "content": "Hon. Chairman, the Leader of the Majority Party should hear this. If you do not want to pay me, please, acquire my land compulsorily because the Constitution allows you to. Somebody must not come from Garissa to the National Land Commission, so that his murram or clay is paid at the value which represents what has been taken from him. This is why we are very spirited in this. For avoidance of doubt, Clause 48 has said that there will be compensation. So, that legislation is clear that for avoidance of doubt, everybody will be paid a just compensation or the market value of everything that is removed from his land."
