    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. We are making very major infrastructure changes in this country and are leaning more towards dealing with the private sector. At this point, to use a majority for stifle reason is not good. As I said, all roads and bridges are not protected. We are now talking about designs. Why do we want to go into details?
