    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to indeed agree with the hon. Member that the road is in dire need of repair and through the Kenya National Highways Authority, I have set aside a total of Kshs10 million during this financial year that will be available for maintenance of these roads. Subsequently, I also want to assure the hon. Member that the bridge that is in question that has remained incomplete for over two years, I give an undertaking that we will be able to send a contractor to ensure that it is completed and that the road is usable."
