Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 64 of the Bill be amended − (a) by re-numbering the existing Clause (1) as sub-clause (1); (b) in the proposed new sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “and the state department responsible for infrastructure” immediately after the words “Kenya Roads Board”; and (c) by inserting the following the new sub-clause immediately after sub- clause (1) − The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
