    "content": "This amendment also seeks to clean up the original Bill because of the PPP. It will ensure that an authority’s power to impose any levy, charges or fees for any of its services or for the use of the roads reserve under its jurisdiction is to the terms of PPP agreement, if it is a PPP management. That is very clear. We are cleaning up so that it makes sense. Those people who will get these roads will not ask what happens here and there. They will not take our institution to task. They know what will happen on PPP roads."
