The only document that is available for the transaction of business in the Chamber is the Order Paper. He cannot come and start fishing for an amendment which has not been captured in the Order Paper. Twenty four hours to the afternoon sitting, the Order was on the website of Parliament. He cannot just come and waste our time by saying that The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only. Acertified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
