    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 74 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “relevant/respective” and substituting therefor the word “relevant”. In the Bill, the grammar was “relevant/respective.” I am sure that an engineer must have drafted this Bill. Now, lawyers are in the House. We can now come back to what legal practice is."
