Temporary Deputy Chairman, if you look at the amendments proposed by the Chair, they are touching on issues on paragraphs 2, 4 and 6. The Leader of the Majority Party’s amendment touches on paragraph 6(2). In terms of precedence which is in the Standing Orders, the Chair has the first precedence. So, let him push his amendment then we will come to the Leader of the Majority Party."
