Temporary Deputy Chairman, I listen to the Leader of the Majority Party and he knows very well that many times we like to listen to what he has to say, but this in my view should not be the case. In fact, a Master’s degree should just be an added advantage at the point of interview. Otherwise if we say that here, then we need to change all the other Executive Directors, if you ask me. We are even seeing whole governors of counties who are leading an entire government with a bare minimum of a degree. I want to urge the Leader of the Majority Party to reconsider this amendment so that we have a fair playing ground across the Government. Let Master’s degree just be an added advantage. I really want to beg the Leader of the Majority Party to reconsider this."
