He is saying that the forms were taken to the headquarters and then returned to the area chief. But the date he is giving as when the forms were issued and the date he is giving as when the forms were returned are tallying. The same dates the forms were issued are on 26th to 29th. He purports in his answer that they were returned to the chief between on the same dates. This is a copy of the answer I have, which states that the forms were issued between 26th and 29th. He purports that they were returned to the chief on the same dates, that is between 26th to 29th; he is telling us they came to the headquarters and then were returned. How did that miracle happen?"
