    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I ask my good friend, Hon. Musimba, to drop this amendment. I talked to him almost for the whole of last week. I want him to do it in good faith. He is a very good friend of mine. I play one of the best games in the world with him and I respect him there. That is not an important game. We play a game called golf, which is played by gentlemen and that is why I request him as a gentleman to drop this amendment. The Bill before us is on public roads. He is speaking to a different Bill. This is not a private roads Bill. This is the Kenya Roads Bill, 2017. I had even spoken to him. He is polished. I hope he does not even continue. He should drop the amendment. I request him as our Hon. Member to drop the amendment but he is speaking on a different Bill. This is a public roads Bill."
