In that case, the inspection of private roads that had been envisioned in New Clause 11B cannot take place since the private roads do not exist. It is my responsibility as Chair to give guidance because we do not want to take time in vain. New Clause 11A was about registration of private roads. That has fallen. There cannot be inspection of private roads that had fallen in New Clause 11A. It is just a matter of direction on that."
