    "content": "Psychologists and Psychotherapists Bill regulate them and how they operate just like the Engineers Registration Act regulates engineers and how they operate. So, we are talking on how to have counsellors in our communities to help us resolve the issues at hand. I do not see how having this Bill will impede us from debating this very important matter. Whether this amends that law or becomes an Act on its own is a matter for the Mover to pursue."
