    "content": "particular Act. We will get county governments dealing with health and get a direction from the national policy which is supposed to be handled by the Ministry of Health. Therefore, I really urge Members to support this Motion. We should begin acting for the constituents we represent. We should begin looking for solutions for the people we see are mentally unwell. Teachers in the education sector should realise or note such children with a history of ill mental health. If those histories are documented early enough, then medication can be accorded. Hon. Deputy Speaker, I support and thank you for giving me this opportunity."
