    "content": "I advise that we look at it in two ways. First of all, we should establish the counselling fraternity. We have enough counsellors in our primary schools, secondary schools and colleges. This can be approached by training the teachers. For example, counselling services should be a course in the curriculum of primary teachers education. This will empower our primary school teachers to be professional counsellors. If you go to the university, there are students who are pursuing Bachelor of Education course. We should have a counselling unit or course which deals with counselling, so that by the time students graduate from Kenyatta University, they are already professional counsellors.
