    "content": "To conclude, this matter must be spread out all over because we are in the era of HIV/AIDS. I worked in this area quite a lot. I even did my research and other things in this area. When the disease sets in, there were many centres that were established for testing and counselling. Today, they are almost not there. I do not know where they went to. We need to bring them back so that people can use them. Thank you for giving me this opportunity and I support this very important Motion."
