    "content": "On the issue of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), I do not know why when you go to these offices, you will find tonnes of paper and you will be told one pile is awaiting something and the other one too is awaiting something else, yet we can procure systems that can make this so easy and efficient. When a kid gets a birth certificate, immediately they turn 18, they do not need to go for the records; it should be automatic for them to get an identification card and a voter’s card. It should be that fast and efficient. We have resistance to change and I do not know why some of these Government departments are not quick to take up this. I hope they can be able to automate this process. Let us go paperless and be able to do what the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) is doing with the driving licences.
