I speak here as a Member of Parliament for Mandera North because I know the pain and anguish the parents are undergoing. Every day I get calls from my constituents who are seeking for transport and money to travel to the county headquarters to get services. This does not come without a cost. One needs to also pay for photocopying services. This is a very critical aspect and I am sure if we take these offices to the constituents, parents and children will get a big relief. I therefore second and support the Motion."
