    "content": "I support this Motion that every constituency should have a registration centre. It will even be better to have mobile registration centres which should go round, particularly on market days, in order to register as many citizens as possible. Finally, as you realise, not all children are born in hospital. Therefore, the assistant chiefs should be given the responsibility to register those born at home. That makes things easier. With those few words, I support this Motion."
