"content": "Hon. Speaker, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.44 (2) (a), I rise to give the statement on behalf of the House Business Committee. The Committee met this week at the rise of the House to give priority to the business that will be considered. On Tuesday next week, we will consider in the Committee of the whole House, the Petroleum (Exploration, Development and Production) Bill, 2017. Also scheduled for consideration at the Second Reading is the Kenya Coast Guard Service Bill, 2017. In the same week, we shall schedule the Report of the Committee on Delegated Legislation relating to the National Transport and Safety Authority (Operation of Commercial Vehicles), Regulations 2018 for debate if not concluded today.
