    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I had forgotten about that. Some time back the Leader of the Majority was very categorical about how committees should be handling their affairs. If the Chairman is not there, then he or she should not kill the process of the committee. We have agreed with my committee Members and I gave that responsibility to my Vice Chair who will be handling the Petroleum Bill. So I think the Third Reading on Petroleum Bill will proceed because we have an arrangement with the Vice Chair."
