    "content": "“in collaboration with county government and other stakeholders and government agencies carry out periodic researches to determine and make recommendation on fair prices for crops, animals and fish products grown or produced on national and other irrigation schemes.” This is an important function of the Authority that we are creating through this Bill to help farmers out there to at least have a feel of what they are supposed to do when it comes to selling of the merchandise. Most of the times, these farmers do a good job but nobody is there to enlighten them. Thank you."
