"content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, I do not want to go the extreme end of Moses Kuria. Doctors can do better in KNH. We have now taken a cop, a police officer. We were better off with the former Chair because he was one time the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Public Health, now we have taken a police officer to deal with health matters. He can only deal with the security aspect of it. Having listened to friends and Hon. Mbarire, she decided that the Chair of the National Irrigation Board can even be a guy who has a degree in conflict management; I withdraw my amendment in favour of the Chair."
